Include Me Inc. team Leader, Grand Pooh Bah, James (Jim) Collins, the CEO and founder. As a tremendous figure in our community and in the WORLD of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA. As a consultant to make sure all persons with disABILITES and seniors can live, work, travel, and shop from one place to another in a barrier free environment. He is deeply passionate about inclusion and socialization for persons with disABILITIES and seniors in this area. He participated in the passage and implementation of Fair Housing, Air Carriers including ADA guidelines.
Through his knowledge and his guidance, Mr. Collins has educated each department on a daily basis pertaining to crucial subjects and relating guidelines.
Mr. Collins is constantly on the move from one board meeting to the next. He also travels throughout the region surveying projects. He also makes sure our IMI team may continue our one of a kind service, always making sure our services stay free for all persons with disABILITIES and all seniors.
With a sharp wit and mind constantly dancing about, we follow his lead. As a great leader, he must know how to be great follower as well. Mr. Collins has always took the time out to hear what anyone has to say, if you can catch him.
On a daily basis he has challenged each individual on his Team so they may improve their skills and become better people when they leave his teachings, whether it be his own team member, a ROP, (Regional Occupational Program), or GAIN (Greater Avenues for Independence).
There is much more to this grandiose Man in personality and knowledge. He is much more than “that man in the wheelchair”.
