HotLine Access 2Access 2 Department, under the guidance of Rick Marsh at Include Me, Inc. is to maintain the access Hotline. This Hotline takes calls from the local community who have problems concerning the American Disability Act. We also receive calls from people who may have any Accessible Design access problems. When clients inform us with an access problem we suggest to our clients to take photos of the job site needed for correction, if possible, otherwise we step in and take the necessary photos in order to complete a complaint form. We then contact the city with the photos and our completed access form so that the city can correct this important issue. We always try to ensure that all is accessible to people with disABILITIES, senior citizens, anyone using wheelchairs, walkers, canes, baby strollers and even shopping carts. Access 2 also helps answer phones and relate messages to IMI staff. We are constantly striving to improve on the latest techniques, in and out of each structure we are working on or plan to work on. |
